 Happily Ever After Package 

Full organisation and planning of your wedding.
 

It is your dream to have a fairytale wedding in south-west France but you feel overwhelmed by the prospect of organising a wedding abroad or your busy schedule simply does not allow you to dedicate the average 260 hours it takes to plan a wedding and make it as special as you imagine it to be.


You want the wedding to be a reflection of your personal style but you
just don’t know where to begin. If this sounds all too familiar then the Happily Ever After package is ideal for you. Your personal Wedding Planner will guide, support and advise you every step of the way while ensuring that the wedding stays true to you and your vision.


This package includes the following services:


Prior to signing the contract:

 Initial consultation with the future spouses by telephone (or in person if in the Midi-Pyrénées) to discuss the overall vision of the wedding including: theme, style, desired location (region), type of venue (chateau, farmhouse, museum, golf course, beach, yacht...), number of guests, budget, catering etc.

 Information on the legal requirements of getting married in France

 Presentation of a proposal with an overall budget estimation


After signing the contract:

 Advice on wedding etiquette in France

 Selection and booking of a venue based on the criteria discussed during the initial consultation (visits to the proposed venues included)

 Booking of the church (if applicable) and the Priest or Officiant to preside at the religious ceremony

 Research and booking of suppliers such as: marquee, caterer, florist, DJ and/or

other entertainment, hair and makeup stylist, photographer and/or videographer, decorator, car or horse-drawn carriage, coach hire for guests, baby-sitters etc.

 Development of your wedding day itinerary with times and locations

 Welcome packs for all guests (containing welcome letter, itinerary of events, useful local tourist information etc.)

 Hotel accommodation for the bride and groom and other guests if requested

 Organisation of an informal rehearsal supper for close family and the main wedding party the night before the wedding, if desired, or the organisation of a brunch the day after the wedding

 Presentation of several menus for the cocktail and buffet / dinner and

organisation of the tasting session

 Reception with canapés and wine and/or champagne served
 A four-course dinner with suitable wines served throughout, champagne for the toasts and a French style wedding cake

 Choice and ordering of favours for guests

 Order of service sheets

 Flower decoration for the church or blessing area, bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole, centrepieces for the dinner tables

 Creation of a full itinerary for each supplier and participation in the

coordination meeting with suppliers prior to the event

 Help with the choice of music for both the ceremony and reception

 Full personal planning service and organisation of the event from A to Z


On your wedding day:

 Presence of your personal Wedding Planner for the entire duration of the event from set-up (supervision of suppliers and decoration etc.) to the opening of the ball (after the cutting of the cake)

 Anticipation and rectification of any potential on-site problems 

 Ensuring the smooth running of the event from start to finish
